Minutes of meeting - 5, Feb 2012
Attendees: Kashikar, Kaushik, Sujit, Sangam, Kalyan, Kiran, Rahul & Vinodkumar.
Next meeting: 4, Mar 2012
Security:
Recently there had been incidents where one of the security person was observed to have bad conduct with residents and maids entering the premises. Based on inputs from respective portfolio office bearers (Mr.Rahul, Mr. Kalyan & myself), the person was replaced and this was escalated to the agency to avoid in future. Task: closed.
Maintenance:
- We have recovered Rs.1,02,100/-. We have remaining 98,300/- to be collected.
Action Item: Rahul(A block), Franklin(B Block) & Kalyan(C block) to follow-up and close this in next 2 weeks(20/Feb).
Corpus:
The following were decided in the Association meeting:
- Association strongly encourage all who haven't paid their 2nd and 3rd installment to make their payments before end of February, 2012. Earlier it was 31/Jan and in the meeting it was agreed to be extended by a month without penalty.
- Notification to all defaulters will be issued in a week. Action Item: Vinod.
- 1% per month for the outstanding balance on monthly basis will be levied from March 2012 for ALL defaulters.
- Bye-laws will be amended & re-registered so that Association will be empowered to take action on defaulters.
Housekeeping & Garden maintenance for few ground floor flats:
- A separate meeting on 1st week of March will be arranged and this issue will be discussed.
Action Item: Ranga S(G12)
Play area sand removal and about equipments removal:
- Circular sent on this has been signed only by around 44 members out of 69.
- Action item: Naveen to get this completed(10/Feb). Decision will have to be made based on majority, followed by a association meeting.
Identification of Priority list for spending 1st Corpus installment:
- Few critical expenses have been carried-out with proper core committee approval.
- Remaining major ones, needs set of identified prioritized list to get executed.
Action Item: Sujit to send the list to core committee with all collated information gathered so far.
Once the above data is available, it will be followed by association meeting to arrive at final list. Then it will be communicated to all members.
General Maintenance:
- Currently there is only one person who is doing the sweeping and mopping of all blocks.
- Decision was taken to identify 2 more ladies who can work for couple of hours.
Action Item: Naveen to look for 2 persons and inform committee within a week.
