of the monthly meeting of the Association held on 07 April, 2013
1. Water
Supply: During the summer months in the past 2-3 years (March-May),
we have faced difficulty in getting water tankers at normal rates.
This
year, we are getting Cauvery water supply but, to meet the shortfall,
we have to depend on tanker supply. Though we have efforts in place
to get as much Cauvery water as possible, cooperation from residents
is sought to minimize the consumption to manage the situation.
2. STP
Water: It has been decided to call for an engineer to consult as to
how the STP water can be utilized, as a source for flushing of
toilets of all flats and the infrastructure and finances required for
the same. This task will be discussed in detail in the next monthly
meeting to be held on 05 May, 13.
3.
Sailendra will present the receive and expenditure statement for
April, 2013 on 05 May, 13. At that time, the committee will discuss
the priority of works to benefit the residents of Eldorado
Apartments.
4. List
of defaulters in payment of monthly maintenance will be published by
04 May, 13. Action to be taken in addition to imposing penalty, which
is already in place, will be discussed.
5.
Improvement to (1) Gym, (2) Garden, (3) Basement, (4) Children’s
play area will be further discussed in the meeting on 05 May, 13 and
action will be initiated based on the availability of funds.
6.
Registration of bore wells as per BWSSB requirements has been done.
Property tax payment for 2013-14 should be done by the owners by 30
Apr, 13 to avail 5% rebate, as per BBMP notification. BWSSB RR No.
SE118012013118 should
be quoted in addition to the BESCOM RR number in the property tax
form.
7. Mr.
Rahul Singh has complained to Marathahalli police to intervene and
stop the loud sound coming from Multiplex area in the nights,
especially on Saturdays and Sundays. Police appears to have
positively responded to his request. This has to be watched and
reported further, in case of recurrence.
8.
Nuisance from Dogs: Flat owner 311 has complained against the
presence of dogs in the common area and causing injuries to inmates
was brought to the notice of dog owners who were present in the
meeting on 07 Apr, 13. It was decided not to bring out the pets in
between 1400 Hours to 1900 Hours on any day and also not to take the
pets to terrace. The dog owners have accepted this proposal.
9.
Filling the building cracks has been considered as highest priority
item. Mr. Rahul Singh and Sailendra are assigned to select a
contractor for the job and getting the job completed.
10. The
next monthly meeting of EAOWA will be held on 05 May, 2013 (Sunday)
at 11.30 AM at the usual place to have a thorough discussion on all
the above items and any other items felt important and necessary.
