2 ladies for Housekeeping appointed to sweep, mop, clean basement and to clean front and ramp areas. They will turn up by 9am everyday and will work for 2 or 3 hours and will leave the premises as and when the job is completed and as instructed by Naveen(our supervisor).
Note: Housekeeping guy we had earlier didn't turn up from last Thursday(9/Feb). This action was taken based on decision taken in the committee meeting and to manage the situation without the old housekeeping guy.

In the beginning we had engaged some maids for the house keeping job, but they started working in some flats even during their working time ignoring their allotted common work. Surprisingly they were encouraged by some flat owners, and they became very arrogant, even refusing to follow the Supervisors instructions.
Please make sure such things are not repeated this time.

Point well taken. In fact, I have explained them. However, if they are willing to work in some house post to work timings of say 9-12 it should be fine.
