Meeting notice and agenda January 2019

First monthly meeting of managing committee of EAOWA will be held on the 20th Jan 2019 @ 11.00AM Sunday (Kids play area) to discuss the following subjects. Therefore, all the members of the managing committee are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

Subjects:

1. Monthly receipts & expenditure statement for the year 2018 till December (Treasurer).
2. Reading of minutes of last meeting of general body.
3. Update on STP work and annual maintenance towards STP.
4. New lifts and funds (Cutting cost - e.g Gardener, collection of pending maintenance and corpus)
5. Garbage solutions.
6. 309 & 409 Pending monthly maintenance.
7. G15 water seepage issues, maintenance not paid.
8. CCTV - to add more cameras is a priority now.
9. Appointing someone in charge of for the store rooms.
10. Date for next meeting in February to appoint new GB members. 
11. Any other subjects with the permission of the chairman.
