The following subjects were discussed in the meeting as per the agenda and decision taken are as follows:

1. Monthly receipts and expenditure statement up to December 2018 - was presented by Lavanya and it is approved.
2. Meetings will be conducted every month on second Saturdays
3. Send memo to flat owners to find out their interests in being a member to taking up any responsibilities. 
4. Flat#409 pending maintenance will be paid by Ashok Reddy and no due to be issued. Bhaskar Reddy and Andy discussed with Flat#409 representative and an agreement was arrived.
5. STP - Rajesh Reddy has quoted Rs.15000/- annually towards STP maintenance work. We should be getting more quotes to compare.
6. Approved to buy big garbage bins to keep it in the basement room.
7. Wet waste control to be considered. 
• Get proposals for quick composting 50kgs a day within Rs.1 to 2 lakhs.
8.  Send memo to the residents instructing their mainds to use the toilets rather than misusing the terrace.
9. Send memo to the residents on the terrace being closed during the night from 11:30pm to 5:00am.
10. Storage maintenance - to be handed over to someone.
11. Notice to be sent to Flat#G15 and Flat#115 to discuss on the seepage issue.
12. Quotation needed for the lifts from Johnson, Otis, Kone, Copper and Hepzi.
13. Memo to be sent to the residents on getting work done by plumber.
14. Next meeting to be held on the 17th Feb 2019.
